Beth Hodges BA (Hons), MA, BACP
Having previously worked in the education sector supporting children and young adults, I moved into counselling when I recognised the impact of poor mental health on young people and their families.
Since then, I have developed a broad range of experience working with young people and adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
I have a particular interest in working with couples, supporting them to rebuild their relationships or to achieve an amicable and positive separation.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw on a variety of different psychological theories and techniques to best suit the individual needs of my clients.
