Finding a way forward with your partner, particularly when communication has broken down, can feel sometimes feel unmanageable.
Our free 30-minute session is an opportunity for you to talk about your goals and hopes. You may be looking to repair and improve your relationship or you may feel your relationship has come to an end and you require some support navigating this difficult stage.
Our therapists will provide an impartial and supportive space for both of you to explore and communicate your needs.
